Next Up – Client Portal

Now that personal tax season is behind us (and I know I speak on behalf of everyone in the office when I say we’re really glad its behind us), we’re picking up where we left off with our technology enhancement initiatives that started with our implementation of CCH Scan and CCH Document.

Next up is our rollout of Client Portal, which is the natural extension of CCH Document – it will allow us to pass information to clients and allow us to receive information from them in return, all in a safe and secure manner. During the next month, we’ll be beta-testing our system with several volunteer clients, and once our system is road-tested and tweaked as necessary, we’ll be rolling it out to the rest of our clients.
